PreCoat TVL is a trivalent chromium conversion coating for aluminium pretreatment prior to powder coating or liquid paint. The no rinse process forms a clear conversion layer on extrusions and panels and dries directly on the surface after spray or immersion, simplifying line operation. PreCoat TVL is designed to deliver excellent paint adhesion and reliable protection against undercreep and filiform corrosion, while supporting cost effective processing. It is positioned as a high performance alternative to hexavalent chromium and is backed by more than 20 years of AD Chemicals experience in future proof pretreatment technologies.
