Pretreatment for HDG Duplex processes

PreCoat Z31 is a high performance pretreatment for duplex coating on hot dip galvanized steel. Developed for galvanizers who also powder coat or wet paint, it delivers excellent paint adhesion and corrosion protection on galvanized surfaces and also provides passivation to reduce the risk of white rust on bare HDG. PreCoat Z31 is a complete pretreatment concept including etching, cleaning and conversion coating, suitable for spray, dip or cascade application. It is chromium(III) based, free of SVHC substances, meets GSB and Qualisteelcoat requirements and is Qualicoat approved (Approval No. A 119). Corrosion protection is reported up to 2000 hours NSS.
