The latest investment is an innovative vertical powder coating line, which was created in cooperation with the Polish Academy of Sciences. It enables the coating of components with maximum dimensions of: 7000 x 300 x 150 mm with surface preparation based on titanium compounds. Thanks to the optimisation of the line and the use of two coating booths in the process, we achieved a capacity of 16,000 m2/24h. In order to meet our customers' expectations, we have extended our range of services to include an anodising line. This allows us to combine powder coating and anodising services. The fully automated line, which was established in 2023, gives us the ability to carry out pre-anodising, anodising and electro-anodising in 5 colours. The anodising line allows us to process aluminium components with the following dimensions: length 7000 mm, height 2400 mm, width 200 mm. As one of the largest service powder coating plants in Poland, we have 15 coating lines with our own laboratory. This allows us to provide the highest quality of services confirmed by certificates: Qualicoat, ISO-9001:2015, AQUAP, Deutsche Bahn and many others. ABC Colorex's offer is complemented by an extensive metalworking department allowing us to provide services such as 2D laser cutting, tube and profile cutting, sheet metal bending, milling, punching, welding, etc.
