HARTER drying solutions – Efficient Paint and Surface Drying with Heat Pump Technology

For more than 30 years, HARTER has been developing and manufacturing energy-efficient drying systems at its site in Stiefenhofen, Germany. The core of the technology is exhaust-air-free heat-pump condensation drying, known as Airgenex® – now an established standard in many industries.

In the field of paint and surface drying, HARTER provides tailor-made solutions ranging from compact chamber and cabinet dryers to fully integrated continuous and special systems for complex production environments.

Technology and Advantages

The Airgenex® technology operates with defined, extremely dry process air in a closed-loop system. This results in:

Individual Design and Test Center

In HARTER’s in-house test center, realistic drying trials with original components are carried out. Optimal process parameters such as temperature, air volume, air velocity and drying time are precisely determined. These results form the basis for the individual design of each system – ensuring technical performance and economic efficiency.
