Once the ESFI tunnel detects, locates, and classifies paint defects, this information is processed and transmitted to specialized robots that automatically repair each defect with millimetric precision.
The system can operate either fully in-line or in stop-and-go mode, depending on the customer’s production requirements. This ensures a completely autonomous, accurate, and efficient paint repair process, reducing manual intervention and optimizing overall paint shop performance.
