Our new dry filters consist of a pre-separator and a fine separator, just like other dry filters. The major difference is that the system is made of robust metal and is reusable. The system is available in filter classes G2 to F9 and is designed as a lightweight construction to make handling as easy as possible.

The main advantage of the new dry filter are reduced transportation and disposal costs. The sequently delivery of standard cardboard filters and the removal of the used filters is no longer necessary. Additionally, there is no need to dispose of the cardboard filters, which means that the amount of waste can be reduced by over 90 %.

Currently, more than 2 million used cardboard filters from paint and spray booths are disposed of in Germany every year, generating around 22.5 million kilograms of CO2. Our self-chosen task is to develop a more sustainable alternative for the cardboard filters that produces less waste and ensures a better CO2 balance.
