The Crystal Cap is a non-contact and therefore gentle cleaning device for air caps, pneumatic and high-rotation atomizers.
The cleaner can be configured for ALL paint guns and atomizers on the market.
To clean the atomizer, the robot moves into the device from above and seals itself using the included aircap rings. Any inaccuracies of the robot are compensated for by a floating lid. Compressed air and detergent are applied to the spray gun in a vortex by the rotating impeller, thereby cleaning it evenly from all sides. When the robot moves out, the spray gun is dried by an efficient air ring.
Pressing or emptying the paint lines from the color changer also takes place in the device and not in a separate funnel, as with other cleaning stations.
