Keeping the contamination of a degreasing bath, of industrial- and automotive paint lines, below acceptable levels is a challenge.
With Suparator® and Q-Filter, either combined or separate, contaminants are removed from your degreasing bath in real time. As soon as contamination levels start to increase, the system starts removing oil and dirt from the process at the same rate as they are carried in. The cleaning quality is no longer affected by the contamination; oil is no longer the reason to dump a bath.
Suparator® concentrates the oil extremely quick and takes it out of the process completely.
A Q-Filter® active vacuum filter can use filter cloth with an efficiency of 5 µm or better, and still keep your filtration cost low.
