Many years ago, DOK-Chemie GmbH set itself the goal of significantly reducing energy costs in chemical pretreatment and increasing the quality of metallic components. For this purpose, special surfactants have been developed that are able to completely degrease components within 3 minutes at temperatures of 30-40 °C.

Studies with numerous customers have shown that energy savings of 60-70 % can be achieved by reducing the bath temperature from 60°C to 32 °C.

The new surfactants can be used, among other things, in mineral stains, neutral stains or alkaline degreasers to degrease the components.
