The new ‘Cube in Cube’ filter solution in the edrizzi®system is suitable for dry and dusty overspray.

Additional system component expands the modular edrizzi®paint mist collection system

The edrizzi® Cube-in-Cube module has been specially designed for oversprays with high drying speeds and dust generation and can be used in the first separation stage as a paint mist separator, just like an edrizzi®Vario. It is also possible to position the module as a CUBE02 post-filter variant behind an edrizzi® Vario to guarantee maximum separation efficiency and service life.

Technical features of Cube in Cube

• Very low initial pressure drop of just 10 Pa, making it particularly energy-efficient.
• Filter area of 0.85 m² made from bonded naffi®filter fleece, stabilised by an outer cardboard sleeve
• Space-saving delivery in a flat state, easy handling
• Modular design: compatible with the edrizzi®modular system
• Can be used modularly and flexibly as a paint mist separator in the first filter stage or as the CUBE02 after-filter variant
• naffi®filter fleece consists of 100% recycled polyester, is glass fibre-free and can be used without personal protective equipment.

Successful testing in the furniture and automotive industries

The Cube in Cube is already being used successfully in a wide variety of industrial applications, including in facilities in the furniture and automotive sectors. In several cases, no additional post-filter stage is required, which underlines the high efficiency and high separation efficiency of the new module.
