Focus on Promoting Young Talent
On the final day of the trade fair, PaintExpo once again placed a strong emphasis on supporting young professionals with its Career Day. Students and graduates from fields such as electrical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, and software development gained their first insights into industrial coating technology during a keynote by industry expert Markus Vüllers.
This was followed by guided tours that specifically visited selected companies, where HR experts at the booths provided guidance on entry opportunities and career paths. Practical experience was also a key component: live demonstrations, AI applications, and automated processes were presented and discussed in detail.
With the support of the exhibition advisory board, PaintExpo is further strengthening its role as a platform for connecting skilled professionals with industry.
