With the new WIWA ELAN series, WIWA is setting a milestone in electric airless coating technology. The portfolio expansion includes the ELAN M and ELAN XL models and will soon be supplemented by the affordable ELAN C series.

Get to work with ELAN

At the heart of the new ELAN generation is the fully electric motor, which complements the pneumatic product portfolio and offers significant advantages for industrial use. The brushless electric motor ensures high torque and a long service life and allows precise control of pressure and flow, resulting in constant spray pressures and uniform surfaces. The modern electric drive technology also reduces noise and energy consumption, a clear advantage in working environments where efficiency and noise emissions play a major role.

The ELAN M is the compact high-performance device in the series. Thanks to large material passages and perfectly coordinated valves, materials for fire protection coatings, sealants, or fillers can also be applied without any problems. The integrated electronic pressure control system regulates the motor speed and enables precise spraying performance even in low pressure ranges while reducing overspray.

In view of increasing productivity requirements, the ELAN XL shows its strengths especially in larger projects. The fully electric XL version provides an efficient solution for high-volume delivery and is particularly suitable for demanding, high-viscosity coating materials.

Both devices also score points with their full compatibility with proven WIWA accessories. Material hoses, filters, guns, and other components can also be used with the ELAN M and ELAN XL without any problems.

Live at PaintExpo

From April 14 to 17, both devices will be on display at PaintExpo in Hall 1, Booth 1114. Another highlight for visitors to this year's trade fair is the presentation of an automation solution in the low-pressure segment. True to the motto: proven WIWA quality, fully automated. The reliable WIWA FLEXIMIX I ND is combined with a collaborative painting robot from FANUC to demonstrate a new, effective, and inexpensive automation solution for the manufacturing industry.

With the ELAN series, WIWA is not only expanding its product range, but also confirming its role as an innovation partner for surface technology, especially for users who value electrical performance, ease of use, and future-oriented solutions.
