With the aim of increasing the level of automation in modern production facilities, we are working on clever concepts for the intelligent integration of robots and application technology in various areas of application in the paint shop. With the new hybrid wheel gripper E-Gripper Wheel for precise and gentle wheel handling, we successfully entered the market in May 2025. Wheel or raw egg? The E-Gripper Wheel can handle both! With in-depth know-how and experience from more than 200 installed applications worldwide, the E-Gripper Wheel offers a flexible and energy-saving solution to increase and sustainably secure efficiency in our customers' production. Modular design and flexible drive technology The new gripper modules correspond to the wheel sizes of classic combustion engines as well as electric vehicles and are guided by low-maintenance linear guides.

The drive technology is new and can be flanged on either as a pneumatically controlled or purely electric servo drive. Conversion is possible at any time in line with individual capacities and production output. In the field of powder coating, a completely enclosed housing in which all moving parts are integrated also ensures a high level of process reliability.
