RoboTwin simplifies the automation of painting processes through an innovative "teach-by-demonstration" method. Instead of complex robot programming, the desired painting sequence is performed manually once with the spray gun. RoboTwin uses sensors to record the movement paths, recognizes the spraying process, and automatically generates an executable robot program for all common manufacturers. There is no need for programming experts. Painters can create robot programs without any programming knowledge and edit them offline as needed. This significantly reduces setup times as well as personnel and external programming costs. Parallel training of multiple robots is also possible. RoboTwin is designed as a plug-and-play system and is suitable for wet painting and powder coating.

Especially in the case of changing component geometries as well as small and medium batch sizes, the system offers an economical and flexible solution for automation. Robotics can thus be used efficiently even for individual parts and small series. The scope of delivery includes a RoboTwin unit with carrying strap, a sensor unit with spray detection, the mounting on the spray gun, a charger, and the RoboTwin app. Optional extras include ATEX Zone 22, line tracking, a WiFi module, and on-site training.
