NEW PRODUCT: Plug & Spray paint distribution systems

With IBK airless automatic valves, paint distribution systems can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of your painting system. The valves are securely and tightly fastened in the distribution block using the clever plug-in system. Both the 3-way and 5-way distribution blocks can be connected to each other in a modular fashion, so that the number of valves required can be scaled up as needed. If the material throughput with the established DN2 valves is not sufficient, IBK also offers other nominal sizes and can implement DN5 to DN9. Special hardening processes and selected materials ensure the longevity and resistance of the valves. The well-thought-out design allows for quick replacement of sealing elements, thus increasing system availability. In addition, the plug-in system is extremely flush-optimized and therefore more sustainable and economical than screwed variants.
