DENIOS SE will be presenting practical solutions for the safe storage and processing of paints, varnishes and coating materials at PaintExpo. The focus will be on modular, ready-to-connect paint storage and paint supply rooms that have been specially developed for the requirements of painting technology.

Many coating materials are considered flammable, hazardous to water or hazardous to health. The legal requirements for occupational safety, environmental protection, fire protection and explosion protection are correspondingly high. At the same time, companies often need to integrate additional storage and supply capacities into existing production processes quickly and economically.

DENIOS combines safety and efficiency with pre-assembled technical room systems. The paint storage and paint supply rooms are delivered as complete, tested units – including collection devices, fire protection, explosion protection and ventilation technology. This means that all relevant protective measures are already taken into account, which significantly simplifies approval processes.

Thanks to their modular design, the systems can be flexibly adapted and used both indoors and outdoors. Short distances to the paint booth support stable processes and consistent coating quality.

Another focus is on safe ventilation and ergonomic working. The systems meet the requirements of TRGS 510 and feature monitored technical ventilation.

With DENIOS connect, the room systems also become smart units: operating parameters such as ventilation and temperature are continuously monitored and faults are reported automatically. The range is complemented by a certified service covering the entire product life cycle.

At PaintExpo 2026, DENIOS will demonstrate how paint storage and paint supply rooms can be implemented safely, efficiently and sustainably.
