Robotic sword brushes prevent particle-related surface defects

The Laura robotic sword brush cleans complex geometric surfaces, such as car bodies, supporting structures or plastic moulded parts, before painting or coating. Two parallel linear brushes with flexibly mounted working sections remove even the finest dust with micro-moistened filament tips without wetting the surface. Tornado nozzles rotate between the two linear brushes, removing particles from recesses with their compressed air jet. The combination of air and brush cleaning ensures excellent cleaning performance and enables fast cycle times.
