CE-compliant hooks and racks for safe painting processes

Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH

Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH will be presenting its CE-certified hooks and racks for safe and efficient painting and powder coating processes at PaintExpo 2026. The specialist for suspension solutions in surface technology will be demonstrating how productivity and occupational safety can be combined in a meaningful way. With its new portfolio of CE-certified hooks, racks and crossbars, the company is addressing the increasing demands on product safety, verification and quality. ‘In this way, we want to support our customers in making their processes future-proof,’ explains Frank Brünnig, Managing Director of Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH.

As safety-relevant load-bearing equipment, hooks and racks must meet requirements in terms of design, load capacity and intended use. CE certification documents that a product has been tested in accordance with applicable standards and approved for its intended use.

Emptmeyer now offers CE-certified paint hooks with diameters of 4 mm and above. They have been load-tested and meet the highest safety and quality requirements. All hooks bear relevant markings such as permissible load capacity, material, manufacturer, item number and date of manufacture, ensuring maximum transparency.

An operating manual provides information on permissible loads, application, approved paint removal methods and technical limitations of the hooks. Hooks under 4 mm receive a manufacturer's declaration analogous to CE certification. Identification is carried out via documentation and type plates. ‘This enables us to guarantee traceability and safety even for the smallest components,’ explains Frank Brünnig.

With their combination of standard-compliant certification, documented testing and clear user information, the new paint hooks set new standards in terms of safety, reliability and user-friendliness.
