Sustainable and Smart Solutions for the Coating Process

WAGNER will be presenting its range of products and services at PaintExpo 2024, offering everything from individual components to fully automated coating systems for all kinds of applications. The company's focus is on reducing the amount of solvents, materials and energy used. Furthermore, the easy operability and optimised process control of their products and systems make the coating process more productive.

According to WAGNER, its manual and automatic spray guns for wet coating are characterised by a highly effective coating performance and low material usage. The new high-speed rotating atomisers for solvents and wet coatings play a vital role in implementing fully automated wet coating systems and robotic solutions. The company provides support for new developments with regular updates to its control technology. It has also made significant improvements to the process of cleaning wet-coating pumps. The optimised Cobra high-press double diaphragm pump, for instance, requires much less flushing agent and subsequently greatly reduces the time needed for changing colours.

WAGNER will be joined on the exhibition stand by its subsidiary WALTHER Spritz- und Lackiersysteme, presenting product highlights in material preparation and application technology.

In powder coating, efficiency and automation are the main topics. In manual coating, the focus will be on how the use of assistance functions can help even inexperienced staff carry out coating tasks in accordance with requirements. In automated coating, WAGNER hopes to show visitors a whole new dimension in process reliability and how to achieve fully automated coating using axis and robotic technologies.

The company is rounding off its exhibition appearance with reports on applications of its analogue and digital services, as well as presentations of its information and management platform COATIFY, its service app and its Online Academy as part of the WAGNER Academy training programme.
