In your opinion, what are currently the biggest challenges for painting companies and job-shop coaters?
Market conditions will change, especially in the automotive industry. In the future, the challenge will be to adjust to medium and small quantities. At the same time, a high degree of flexibility is required in industrial painting in order to be able to map the large number of derivatives.
From your standpoint, what are the best ways to optimize coating processes?
There is great potential in automation, for example in the field of loading and unloading of paint carriers by robot.

High individualization with simultaneously fluctuating production volumes. Automation of loading and unloading of paint carriers by robot.
What developments/solutions does your company offer for these trends?
We offer paint carriers made of plastic. The solution is a high dimensional accuracy of the carrier systems combined with low handling weight. Ideal for a fully automated production process.
